Arising from the carotid artery, and anterior to the ear, is the superficial temporal artery, this feeds the anterior auricular and posterior auricular arteries.

Veins

Anterior to the ear, is the superficial temporal vein, this is fed from the anterior auricular and posterior auricular veins.
