In 2011, there was a significant milestone as microsystems acupuncture, became a recognised profession, under the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

The CNHC is a prestigious council that acknowledges and regulates complementary therapists in the UK, assuring quality and safety for the public. The MACRWG went through the rigorous screening process, and met all the prescribed eligibility criteria, which was acknowledged when it was accepted as a profession, under the CNHC.

Two years later, in 2013, the CNHC achieved another great accomplishment by being added as an the Accredited Register, under the Professional Standards Authority.

This reflected their efforts to assure the public, that only qualified and practitioners were registrants on the CNHC register.
