For the last 16 years I have been developing a wide knowledge base within healthcare and healthcare systems theory.
My work explores biosocial mechanisms of health and disease as well as how this relates to the functionality of national and local health governance.
I have worked in London and the Midlands in the NHS, a national cancer charity as well as continued work in private practice. I hold a BSc from the University of Westminster.
Through my work and experience I have developed a deepened understanding of the human experience, its effects on the individual and the wider culture. Working with individuals and organisations, I provide the time and space needed to find sustainable, resourced paths to resilience and wellbeing.
I share my understanding in workshops and short courses and within my writing.
