This one-day Level 3 EFAW course provides you, the learner, with the essential skills and confidence to act quickly and safely in workplace emergencies. It has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, it is ideal for anyone appointed as a workplace first aider or needing first aid knowledge for their role.
You will learn how to assess an incident, perform CPR, use an AED, manage an unresponsive casualty, treat choking, bleeding, shock, burns and other common injuries. Training is hands-on, practical, and delivered by experienced instructors, and focussing on incidennts that occur within the therapeutic environment.
Upon successful completion, you receive a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, valid for three years, confirming you are qualified to provide immediate first aid within the workplace.
This award is fully recognised nationally within the UK by all regulators, professional associations, and insurance companies.
