Shaolin Neigong Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines breathing techniques, meditation, and physical movements to cultivate Qi (life energy) in the body.
It is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoist philosophy, and is said to help balance and strengthen the body’s internal organs, improve circulation, boost the immune system, and increase mental clarity and focus.
The practice is often associated with the Shaolin Temple, a Buddhist monastery in China known for its martial arts tradition.
