Introduction to Mental health awareness

CPDG introduction to mental health

In today’s world, mental health is increasingly recognised as a critical aspect of overall well-being. Just as we’re trained in physical first aid to help those in medical emergencies, it’s equally important to equip ourselves with the skills to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem. Mental health first aid is about offering a helping hand, providing reassurance, and guiding individuals towards appropriate professional support when needed.

Develop a deeper understanding of mental health issues within your workplace and community through this course. Covering topics such as mental health and wellbeing, the effects of mental ill-health on individuals, the mental health continuum, and personal wellbeing management, this course will enhance your knowledge and professionalism in the field of mental health.

Don’t miss this opportunity to make a positive impact in your community or workplace. Take the first step towards creating a more supportive and compassionate environment for all.
